Flatlock machine operator • Pershing County, Nevada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Pershing County, Nevada. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
