MIG/MAG welder — Jones County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Jones County, North Carolina. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On a typical shift you will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
