Sewing machine operator — Cedar County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Cedar County, Nebraska. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
