Vacancy available: crane operator (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Allegan County, Michigan. You will work in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
