The role involves: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 4+ years on the tools preferred.
