Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance.
