Cake decorator wanted in Ise/Orun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ise/Orun, Ekiti State. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
