Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
