Oven operator wanted in Esan Central

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Esan Central, Edo. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer ₦285,000 per month plus benefits.
