Dish pit attendant — Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jackson County, Texas. You will work in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 6+ years on the tools preferred.
