Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in Richland County, Ohio. Day to day you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
