We are recruiting: insulation worker (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Butler County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
