Bread baker wanted in Cumberland County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Cumberland County, Kentucky. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
