Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dunn County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Meals and transport allowance provided.
