Abattoir worker — Zavala County

Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Zavala County, Texas. You will work in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
