The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Six days a week, one day off. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
