The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift.
