Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Six days a week, one day off.
