On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
