Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Dallas County, Alabama. You will work at a busy machine shop. The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; load and index turning tools in the turret; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection We offer $16 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
