Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Anglesey, Wales. The job is at a haulage company. On a typical shift you will top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence 6+ years on the tools preferred. £3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
