Commis chef wanted in Newton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Newton County, Missouri. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off.
