Immediate opening: kitchenhand (Alaska)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
