Paint booth operator — Banks County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Banks County, Georgia. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
