Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Worcester County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
