We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Freeborn County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
