Shuttering fixer wanted in McLennan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in McLennan County, Texas. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Day-to-day duties: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
