JCB operator — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Jefferson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
