Immediate opening: we are hiring a dozer operator in Greene County, Indiana. The job is on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On a typical shift you will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction.
