Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Shasta County, California. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium You will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
