Great opportunity: road roller operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Norton County, Kansas. You will be based at a road-building project. You will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
