Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Becker County, Minnesota. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Your main tasks: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Full-time, day shift.
