HSE supervisor — Charlevoix County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Charlevoix County, Michigan. The job is on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site Six days a week, one day off.
