We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Perquimans County, North Carolina. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 6+ years on the tools preferred.
