Framing carpenter — Saint Charles Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
