Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Meals and transport allowance provided.
