System scaffolder — Henderson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Henderson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings The role involves: • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform Rotating shifts.
