Solid plasterer wanted in Ford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Ford County, Illinois. Day to day you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
