Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Wrexham, Wales. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Share your details and we will call you back.
