Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
