On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
