Dishwashing attendant — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Marshall County, West Virginia. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
