Production operative • Grundy County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production operative in Grundy County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
