Escalator technician — Cass County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Cass County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 4+ years on the tools preferred.
