Hydraulic press operator — Rockdale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Rockdale County, Georgia. You will be based at an auto components factory. The role involves: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
