CO2 welder — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Marion County, Oregon. You will work on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence.
