Surface coating operator — Martin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Martin County, North Carolina. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
