Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Alpine County, California. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
