Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Merced County, California. You will be based at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Full-time with occasional weekends.
