You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Your main tasks: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Part-time with flexible hours.
